This license is a source-available license. It is not an open-source license
approved by the Open Source Initiative.

1. Definitions

"Software" means ReviewLayer and all source code, documentation, assets,
modifications, and derivative works distributed under this license.

"Licensor" means 2B.Design Web Studio.

"Attribution" means the following visible notice and link:

"Commercial Redistribution" means selling, sublicensing for a fee, renting,
leasing, reselling, charging for access to, or offering the Software or its
substantial functionality as a paid hosted, managed, or software-as-a-service
product. It also includes bundling the Software with a paid product when the
Software is a material part of the value being sold.

Commercial Redistribution does not include using the Software as an internal
collaboration tool while providing web design, development, testing, consulting,
or other services, provided that no separate fee is charged for the Software
and the Software is not offered as a standalone product or service.

2. Permission Grant

Subject to all terms of this license, the Licensor grants you a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to:

a. use and deploy the Software for personal, educational, internal business,
   and client-project purposes;

b. copy and modify the Software for those permitted purposes; and

c. redistribute original or modified copies free of charge, provided that each
   copy includes this complete LICENSE file, all copyright notices, and the
   Attribution required by Section 3.

Recipients of redistributed copies receive their rights directly from the
Licensor under this license. You may not impose terms that conflict with this
license. Modified copies must be clearly identified as modified.

3. Required Attribution

The Attribution must remain clearly visible and functional in the Software's
settings panel. If a modified version has no settings panel, the Attribution
must appear in an equivalently accessible location within the primary user
interface.

You may not remove, hide, obscure, disable, alter, or make the Attribution less
accessible. The link must remain clickable and point to
https://www.web.2b.design/.

All source-code copyright notices and this LICENSE file must also be retained.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without separate prior written permission from the Licensor, you may not:

a. engage in Commercial Redistribution;

b. sell, license for a fee, rent, lease, or resell the Software or a modified
   version of it;

c. offer paid access to the Software as a hosted service, managed service,
   platform feature, or software-as-a-service product;

d. remove or interfere with the Attribution, copyright notices, author
   information, or this license;

e. claim that you created the original Software or imply endorsement by the
   Licensor; or

f. use the Licensor's names, logos, domains, or trademarks except as required
   for the Attribution.

5. Commercial Licensing

Uses prohibited by Section 4 may be permitted under a separate written
commercial license issued by the Licensor.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and
interest in the original Software. This license does not transfer ownership or
grant trademark rights.

You retain copyright in your original modifications, but those modifications
may be used and distributed with the Software only under terms that comply with
this license.

7. Termination

Your rights under this license terminate automatically when you violate any of
its terms. For a first violation, your rights will be reinstated if you fully
correct the violation within 30 days after receiving written notice from the
Licensor. Any later violation terminates your rights permanently unless the
Licensor agrees otherwise in writing.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Software and remove
all copies under your control, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR
FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE
SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENSE.

10. Severability

If any provision of this license is held unenforceable, that provision will be
limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining
provisions will continue in effect.

11. Entire License

This document contains the complete license terms for the Software unless the
Licensor and the recipient enter into a separate written agreement.
